As our Junior Legal Consultant, you’ll work closely with our Founder, gaining invaluable experience while helping clients navigate the complex world of employment law and human resources.

Legal Advisory & Client Support

  • Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor and research changes in employment law, keeping our clients informed and compliant
  • Draft with confidence: Create and refine employment contracts, workplace policies, NDAs, training agreements, and other critical documents
  • Be the expert: Provide practical, timely advice on employment matters that help our clients make informed decisions
  • Lead when needed: Chair disciplinary hearings and guide clients through complex HR processes
  • Support compliance: Assist clients with skills development submissions and employment equity reporting

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Laws degree
  • 1-2 years post-admission experience
